             It’s rather stunning that we couldn’t find a good video of one of today’s protests online. So we have opted for a couple of static images instead. If you happen to frequent these gatherings, start taking video with your iphone or your cell or something. We need more documentation and more proof that there is a strong opposition to the War in Iraq. 

             Props goes out to those who made it out, who showed their presence and opposition. So what color goes with the 5th Anniversary? Blood red?           

                       I was reading today on CNN that Obama is stealing away the white boy vote from hilary. I’m not suprised by this at all  because Barack Obama is a pimp. White boys have always respected that Billy Dee Williams style. Brothers in suits have been inspiring white boys to dress better in the pages of GQ and Details magazine for quite some time. I myself feel very compelled to vote for Obama  because I like the way he keeps his cooland everybody knows how much harder it can be for us white boys to achieve this. Aside from Steve Mcqueen most of us wouldn’t know what cool was if it wasn’t for Black people. I’m not voting for Obama because he is black or because he’s a man. Violence escalates at the Port of Olympia once again. The instigators are a group known as “The Muppets” made famous by Jim Hensons’ childrens show, Sesame Street. This after last months riot following the Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem concert in which the Muppets overturned a sheriff’s police car.                                                                                                          

It seems hard to ignore the Winter Soldier forum. One would have to be quite out of touch to not feel compelled to write about the emotional and heart-wrenching testimonies that these men and women have given. Some things described have brought tears, expectedly, but some have made me queasy too. And I simply cannot fathom what it must be like to know that you have been involved and will carry those memories with you for the rest of your life. And by “involved” I realize that many of these people were coerced, unwillingly.  So, my heart goes out to you.
